Dear Sister:

Will write you a few lines today. We are all very happy over the great victory and to know that we will get back to the States O.K. I am still at the Hospital but alright again.

The people of Paris sure are celebrating. I have been down to Paris five times and I think I will be able to go again tomorrow. We have to take turns at it as only a certain number can go out each day. I have been taking in the sights which are very interesting and well worth going to see.

I haven’t heard from my company since I left, so don’t know how Joe is. But expect I will be back with them before long.

We are just outside Paris. It takes about 20 minutes to go to the central part of the city on the subway, fare three cents. I will enclose some postcard views*.

With love to all I remain,

Your Brother
